Southeast Cartel is a group of Filipinos that reside in Toronto. The collective releases a new music video called Pare Ayos Lang (Everything’s Alright Homie) rapped in both English and Tagalog (Philippine’s national language). One of their goals is to highlight both of their cultures through music by creating songs in multiple languages and is seems to be working very well.
