Hamilton ON – R&b’s newest “break-out” artist, CARLAA, presents a dope new track called “Promise,” featuring Slur. Both Hamilton-based, the two collaborate with producer, Chef Byer, to create an emotional and somber vibe, as she repeats “Don’t forget me when you’re famous,” throughout the song. Slur has a verse around the middle of the song, rapping as the person CARLAA wishes wouldn’t forget her when he’s famous. This record makes you want to just loosen up and unwind.
