According to the RIAA, Drake went platinum in his first week and went double platinum in 6 weeks. Drake also took to Instagram to announce that his album is #1 on the Billboard 200 for 6 weeks in a row and his hit single “One Dance” is #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the 5th week in a row. This is definitely an accomplishment that even your favourite rapper, other than Drake could wish to accomplish. It’s official, Drake is taking over hip hop across the world right now.
