FlameCity Music Group is a hip hop collective and movement based in Calgary. It consists of 2 artists; Cassius Flame$ and Dugga Mulla and they make a great team. Their music is considered reality street music with a raw hip hop sound. There isn’t many people holding it down for the 403, there’s a select few and FMG. You can bet they aren’t going anywhere, they’ve been consistently releasing new material since emerging into the scene.
Their newest release is “Run Up” and this is a street banger. Their flow has an underground feel with a laid back melodic hook. Another notable track they have is “Deep In The Game” which is produced by Menace. I’m sure you’re familiar with the producer, he’s the one behind the famous Panda instrumental. This track is fire, it’s a story-telling track about his life & grind and growing up in the streets.
