Nova Scotia Feature – Let me tell you, I love East Coast music. You may think that not many people live in the Maritimes. Places like Toronto and Vancouver get most of the attention. However great artists hail from the Maritimes. Classified, Buck 65, David Myles, they are all from the east coast. CDN Movement are a duo consisting of Jick Nordan and Trade MRX. They recently released their first music video “Rigamortis (feat. Chad Hatcher).” Chad Hatcher is a East Coast singer. He’s been in the scene for a while, and is known for being on Classified’s track “All About You.” The video begins a bit creepy starting in a graveyard. In the background you’ll hear a screaming voice throughout the duration of the song. The lyrics are powerful as the rappers talk about life and death. Chad Hatcher does an excellent job on the hook. The music video may have been a bit eerie, but there was lots of meaning behind it. If CDN Movement keep bringing material like this to the table, they’ll be up there in no time. Overall great job by the Maritime artists in this one. East Coast!
