Saam – Promise (Audio)

It was said before, but this artist is someone that you need to keep your eyes on, especially in the upcoming year. Coming out of Mississauga, this heavily slept on, but extremely talented artist Saam is back on the scene with her brand new song, “Promise”. If you’ve heard Saam before you know her style is very poetic; rap intertwined with quality vocals, this was showcased on her last track, “Blue Face” on which she had a much more explosive and aggressive vibe than that shown on this new joint. This time she has a much more sombre vibe, still showcasing her ability to twist your thoughts with deep lines but still smoothly serenade you at the same time. This track, just like the last one, was produced by Toronto producer Kaz. It is the first single off of her upcoming EP, “Psych-Eval”. The whole project will feature the artist and producer duo throughout its entirety. The project is to be expected early next year.
