Toronto and New York have been putting in mad work together and creating quality tracks, this time it’s Toronto’s Fortunato and BK underground rap legend, Sean Price, up to bat. They team up on their new track, “Don’t Drink The Kool-Aid”. The heavy hitting track’s old school style beat was produced by Sean One. Both featured artists come with bars and flow making the track’s beat and lyrics mesh together to make a cold overall song. The track is basically a shot at all rap culture vultures who will do anything to make the cut and fit in, hence the title “Don’t Drink The Kool Aid” in reference to the Jonestown mass suicide by drinking Kool Aid. The video was shot in Brooklyn by Spanish Fly Media and stars Sergio Chicon of Comedy Central. The track is the first single off of Fortunato’s new EP “Blue Collar”. Be on the lookout for more from both artists, but in the meantime check out the dope music video below.
