King Kredible is tired of holding back his thoughts and now he’s letting it all go with his song “Real Talk”. He just lays bar after bar on a slow, old school sounding beat. King Kredible wanders the streets with his homie as he lets you know what’s up. The video is shot in black and white giving it dark / hard feel adding to the track. I also love how the only colour that is shown is red from the red in the sweaters to the red on the flowers hanging off the street lights. It’s a very simple video but it works perfectly with the song. The only thing that you could say was bad about the video would be the camera work. It seems like the camera person was all over the place when filming. For most of the song you see King Kredible’s torso instead of his face when he’s rapping. And that can be very distracting which in turn takes away from the rhymes he is spitting. Check out the video for yourself below.
