Marcus Rule is a Toronto rapper and represents Biggin Court Alliance to the fullest. He releases a fresh new remix video called “Perky Callin” originally done by Future. This track is straight fire, it has that raw street sound with a mix of the new wave. The BCA squad is working on their group mixtape called “Takeoff” which is hosted by DJ Disspare. Their first single which is also called “Takeoff” is now available on iTunes.
