Sleeping on Rexdale? Wake up, because this artist is hitting the streets with his new joint and he is showing that he is not to be slept on. Rapper Product of My Society, or P.O.M.S. previously linked up with Smilez & Dwayne Johnson to create the track, “Who I Am” which was released several months ago, now they are back with a music video. Let’s start with the track, it isn’t bad at all, features an upbeat but heavy instrumental which was produced by Cincinnati producer, Tom Davids. The lyrics are on point, both artists deliver lyrics that express their situations both their own and of those living around them in their neighbourhood. The dope instrumental and the lyrics are brought together nicely with the catchy and rhythmic hook. The H.I.T.S Media directed video is a direct reflection of the song, showing both artists doing their thing on the block, plus shots of areas around Rexdale, and the Jane strip. It’s a quality track, paired up with a quality video, definitely worth checking out. The track is set to be released on P.O.M.S. upcoming album, “The Book of P.O.M.S.” which will be releasing soon.
