Vancouver’s own Snak the Ripper brings us his newest video for the title track off his latest album, “Just Giver”. Simple concept, two guys walking around the city drinking beer and getting up to some silly shenanigans. Dean “The Deaner” Murdoch from the movie “Fubar” makes an appearance being his usual stereotypical Canadian self. Snak the Ripper’s verses are both entertaining and clever, backed by some solid beats produced by Stuey Kubrick, who also directed the video. There’s nothing forced here. No frills, no fluff, just some honest emceeing. Just some good old hip hop you can bob your head to. You can download the track for free at snaktheripper.bandcamp.com.
